If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

HenFlux provides a collection of free, browser-based online tools for processing images, documents, text, code, and other digital assets. The majority of tools operate entirely within your web browser using client-side technologies. Some tools may optionally use server-side processing as a fallback. All tools are provided free of charge, without mandatory registration, and are subject to the terms outlined herein.

3. 3. Use License & Permitted Use

Permission is granted to use the tools and resources available on HenFlux for personal, educational, and commercial file-processing operations, subject to the following conditions:

• You may use the tools to process your own files or files you have legal rights to process.
• Output files generated by our tools belong to you and may be used without restriction.
• This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may be revoked if these Terms are violated.

4. 4. Prohibited Activities

When using HenFlux, you agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of any proprietary tool or component.
• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or scripts to mass-access, crawl, or overload the website infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any server, system, or data associated with HenFlux.
• Use the Service to process, distribute, or store content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service for other users.
• Frame, mirror, or embed HenFlux tools on external websites without prior written permission.

5. 5. Intellectual Property

The HenFlux name, logo, website design, interface elements, tool implementations, documentation, and all associated intellectual property are owned by HenFlux and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of all files you upload, process, or generate using our tools. We do not claim any rights to your content. Processing files through our tools does not transfer any intellectual property rights to us.

6. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any processing output. You acknowledge that you use the tools at your own risk and should always maintain independent backups of important files before processing.

7. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HenFlux and its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or damage to files resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HenFlux and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including individual tools) at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
